According to Koshelenko, the most massively requested social services this year were certificates for receiving housing allowances for IDPs. Due to the fact that the service has become digital, the number of processed applications has increased significantly.
Currently, the Ministry is working on creating an online service for the registration of residence address change or deregistration of IDPs.
Currently, according to the Ministry of Social Picy of Ukraine, about 30% of housing allowances are provided to those ineligible for such payments. In this regard, an additional verification process has been launched.
