"Russian occupiers hit a private house in Kharkiv district. A fire broke out in a private househd. Unfortunately, a man was injured. All specialized services work at the scene," eh Synegubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.
According to vunteer Natalia Pova, adviser to the chairman of the Kharkiv Regional Council, the number of casualties has risen to two. Rescuers continue to put the fire out.
Almost simultaneously with the start of the air raid alert around 20:50, three explosions were heard in Kharkiv.
