The court also ruled to recover in Kolomoisky’s favor court fees in the amount of UAH 2,305.20 (US$83) from Gorshenin Institute and Gontareva in equal shares.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Gontareva in the autumn of 2018 left Ukraine and has been living in London. On the night of September 17, Gontareva’s house outside Kyiv was set on fire. She attributed this to two more incidents that had occurred earlier: a road accident in the UK were she was hit by a car and an arson of her daughter-in-law’s car in Kyiv.
