Andriy Mandziy set the best result in the history of Ukraine in single sleigh at the Olympic Games. After four races, the Ukrainian finished in 12th place.
After the first part of the races, both Ukrainian sled drivers — Anton Dukach and Andriy Mandziy — made it into the top 15 among all athletes: Dukach showed a final time of 12th, and Mandziy took an intermediate 14th place.
