Regarding guarantees, we are talking about separate projects within the PURL initiative to finance the production and purchase of “Patriots”. The president also noted that there should be strong bilateral agreements on the joint production of drones and weapons, which we offered to America.

“We are counting on a positive reaction from the US. We discussed in detail the pressure on the Russians and what we can do together with partners in the tariff and sanctions policy so that we can meet at the level of leaders as soon as possible and end this war. The trilateral format of leaders is undoubtedly the most effective,” Zelensky noted.

In addition, Kellogg and Zelensky talked about the return of kidnapped Ukrainian children, international cooperation on this track, and the conditions in which our children are. In addition, the Ukrainian leader expressed condolences to the American people in connection with the murder of Charlie Kirk and thanked US President Donald Trump for his condolences and reaction to the murder of Ukrainian Iryna Zarutska, which occurred in the state of North Carolina.

“We are also preparing for the 80th session of the UN General Assembly in New York. We discussed planned events, coordination between Ukraine and America, and work within the coalition of the willing. We are working on potential meetings and various formats,” the President of Ukraine added.

Kellogg arrived in Kyiv

On Thursday, September 11, US Special Representative for Ukraine Keith Kellogg arrived in Kyiv for a visit. This is Kellogg’s third trip to Kyiv in the past six months.

CNN previously reported that Kellogg was on his way to Poland when Russian drones entered its airspace. According to sources familiar with Trump’s special envoy’s itinerary, Kellogg was scheduled to visit Poland on September 10. He was already on his way there when Russia launched a drone over the European country. Another source for the publication reported that Kellogg is still planning foreign visits. In particular, after Poland, he will also visit Ukraine.

He was last in the capital on Independence Day on August 24, when President Volodymyr Zelensky presented him with the Order of Merit, 1st degree. Prior to that, the general visited Ukraine on July 14 and met with the head of state.
