Lviv volleyball team “Barkom-Kazhany” defeated the current champion of Poland. In the match of the 20th round of the Polish Plus League, Lviv defeated “LUK Lublin”.
Barkom-Kazhany came into the match of the 20th round of the Polish championship on the back of two consecutive victories, in which the Ukrainian team, in particular, defeated one of the leaders of the tournament table, Project Warsaw, for which Ukrainian national team player Yuriy Semenyuk plays.
The next opponent of “Barkom-Kazhaniv” was the current champion of Poland “LUK Lublin”. In the last three head-to-head meetings, it was the Polish team that emerged victorious. But the current champions approached the match of the 20th round, having two defeats in their last matches of the championship.
