During the second round of talks between the negotiating teams of Ukraine, the United States, and the Russian Federation, which took place on February 4 and 5 in the capital of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi, the American delegation proposed for the first time that the negotiating teams of Ukraine and Russia meet in the United States, probably in Miami, in a week.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this at a meeting with the media, a journalist from Suspilny reports.
“We have confirmed our participation,” Zelensky said.
He also announced that following the negotiations in the UAE, prisoner exchanges would continue.
