Zelensky presents state awards to 261 Ukrainian defenders
President Vodymyr Zelensky has presented state awards to 261 Ukrainian defenders, 11 of them posthumously.
The relevant decrees were published on the website of the Head of State, Ukrinform reports.
Thus, according to decree No.755/2022, 50 service members were honored with state awards, two of them posthumously.

The President also signed decree No. 756/2022 to grant state awards to 111 service members, nine of them posthumously.
As reported, on February 24, 2022, the Russian Federation launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, thereby continuing the military aggression that has been ongoing since 2014.
