Enemy strikes railway infrastructure between Sumy, Konot
Russian attacks have caused damage to railway infrastructure between the Sumy region’s Sumy and Konot.
The relevant statement was made by Sumy Regional Military Administration Head Dmytro Zhyvytskyi on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Due to Russian terrorist attacks, railway infrastructure has been damaged in the Sumy-Konot section today,” Zhyvytskyi wrote.
He called on everyone who is on a train within the Sumy region or is planning to travel by train in the nearest time to flow information messages. Evacuation and transport services will be organized, Zhyvytskyi added.
A reminder that, on November 6, 2022, seventy-two Russian projectiles hit the Sumy region’s Vorozhba community.
