An individual has been apprehended in Kyiv for assaulting a recovery vehicle operator. The injured party is in critical condition, suffering from cerebral contusion and a fractured occiput.
An individual was placed in custody in Kyiv for inflicting grave physical harm upon a tow truck operator, as stated by the Capital’s Main Police Directorate, UNN reports.

“The perpetrator’s automobile was illegally parked along a major street in the Pechersk region, and when the injured party began loading it onto a tow truck, the perpetrator struck the individual on the head. The impact caused the injured party to collapse onto the pavement, losing consciousness,” the constabulary detailed.
It is alleged that the assailant then dragged the driver to the roadside and fled. Nearby citizens summoned medical personnel for the injured individual.
The 49-year-old victim is presently hospitalized, battling a severe condition. Medical professionals have identified a cerebral contusion along with a fracture of the occipital bone.
“Law enforcement quickly detained the offender – identifying him as a 32-year-old local resident with a history of arrests for breaches of traffic regulations,” the report indicates.
He could be imprisoned for up to eight years for his actions.
