Two civilian bodies recovered from under rubble of apartment block in Mykaiv
Two civilian bodies have been recovered from under the rubble of a 5-storey apartment block, which was destroyed in Russia’s missile strike on Mykaiv.
The relevant statement was made by Mykaiv Mayor eksandr Sienkevych on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“The aftermath of Russia’s missile strike on a residential house. Currently, rescuers have recovered two civilian bodies. A man, 31, and a woman, 80,” the report states.
Rescuers continue working at the scene.
A reminder that, on the night of October 13, 2022, a Russian missile struck a 5-storey apartment block in the city of Mykaiv. Two civilians were reported injured, and rescuers were searching for seven more pele trapped under the rubble.
