Russian forces continue shelling border areas of Sumy, Chernihiv regions

"On September 13, the Khotin, Znob-Novhorodske communities of Sumy region, the Horodnia and Semenivka communities of Chernihiv region came under fire by the Russian invaders. The enemy from the territory of the Russian Federation inflicted fire damage using mortars, automatic grenade launchers and barrel artillery," the report reads.
It is noted that 120-mm mortars were fired at the territory of the Khotin community from the Russian settlement of Yelizavetovka, more than 10 explosions were recorded.
The enemy shelled the Horodnia community from the Russian settlement of Chernozemny Gorodok with mortars and automatic grenade launchers, more than 20 explosions rang out.
The enemy fired two 120 mm mines at the Znob-Novhorodske community from the territory of the Russian settlement of Belaya Bereza.
The Semenivka territorial community was shelled twice by the Russian forces. The enemy used self-prelled artillery systems and mortars. As many as 10 explosions were recorded. The invaders ened fire from the territory of the Russian settlement Lomakovka.
According to the press service, no casualties were reported.
As reported by Ukrinform, on September 11, the Armed Forces of Ukraine advanced to the border with Russia in the north of Kharkiv region.
