Russian forces once again shell Mykaiv region
According to Ukrinform, the State Emergency Service wrote on Telegram.
"This afternoon, the invaders once again struck the village of Pervomaiske of the Mykaiv district. As a result of the fall of ammunition and debris from them, the roof of one of the residential buildings caught fire. The rescue service was notified about that at 12:41,” the report reads.
A fire-rescue unit of the Main Department of Ukraine’s State Emergency Service in Mykaiv region left for the scene.
At 13:55, firefighters managed to extinguish the fire on an area of 120 square meters.
"Fortunately, there were no victims, because the owners left early due to the constant shelling of this pulated area," the State Emergency Service noted.
Four fire fighters and one unit of special equipment of the State Emergency Service were working on the spot.
As reported by Ukrinform, on August 4, law enforcement officers ened a case on the fact of enemy night shelling of Mykaiv, Voznesensk and Ochakiv.
