Singer Olena Topolya, who previously performed under the pseudonym Alyosha, told how much she spends on living per month. In the column “How much money do you need for a comfortable life in Kyiv?” by TV presenter and influencer Angelina Pychyk, the artist noted that her family spends about 200 thousand hryvnias per month on living. The singer added that part of this amount goes to the restoration of their apartment, which was damaged by the blast wave that “arrived” in a neighboring house.
– Everyone probably has their own requests. I need a lot. We have a big family, we have three children who go to kindergarten, school, and classes, and we are two artists who need a lot of expenses. Now, especially after the “arrival”, we have expenses for renovating our home, so more money is needed. It’s about 200 thousand hryvnias per month, – the singer admitted.
According to Topoli, she and her family are currently staying at their parents’ house, but during the day they spend time in their apartment, where renovation work is in full swing.
“Right now we’re spending the night at our parents’ place because they have good shelter, but during the day we spend time in our apartment because we’re renovating it. There are already windows, some cabinets are already in place. The kitchen has a working stove, oven, and sink,” the artist emphasized.
The home of Olena and Taras Topoli was hit by a Russian ballistic missile on the night of June 23. The Russians struck a nearby house. In the artists’ apartment, the blast wave bent and tore the armored door from its locks, and also damaged the walls.
