Information technology specialists work in the Kyiv office of tech firm Ciklum on Dec. 6, 2019. Ukrainian tech specialists are creating more mobile apps and spend more money on computer software than they used to, according to the Global Innovation Index published on Sept. 2, 2020.

Ukraine is among the 50 most innovative economies of the world and the country is shaping up.

Over the last year, Ukraine has climbed two spots in the Global Innovation Index published on Sept. 2 — it now ranks 45th out of 131 countries.
