WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A former chief security officer for Uber Technologies (UBER.N), Joseph Sullivan, was charged on Thursday with obstruction of justice for allegedly attempting to cover-up a hack of the ride-hailing company, the U.S. Justice Department said in a statement.
