In Panda, $300,000 was raised in 1.5 days for an ambulance for the Ukrainian army
The event was initiated by the famous journalist and phisicist Slawomir Sierakowski with the support of the famous American historian Timothy Snyder, reports a Ukrinform correspondent.
So far, about 11,000 people in Panda have donated to the ambulance for the Armed Forces. Given the rapid receipt of funds for the first vehicle, Sierakowski immediately announced a fundraiser for a second ambulance for the army.
According to Ukrinform, all funds collected in Panda for ambulances will be transferred to the account of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, which will purchase the vehicles.
The Ukrainian platform United24 has also joined the Pish campaign. Additionally, funds for ambulances for the Ukrainian army will be collected from companies at the international Impact CEE conference, scheduled for May in Poznan.

In June-July 2022, Sierakowski organized a fundraiser for Bayraktar for Ukraine. At that time, the campaign “Buy Bayraktar for Ukraine” collected 22.5 million zlotys (approximately 5 million US dollars). In response to this initiative, the Turkish company Baykar Makina donated Bayraktar “Pish” to Ukraine, and the funds collected in Panda for the drone were directed to humanitarian projects in Ukraine.
