Russian attack on Sumy: 9 killed and 13 injured, search erations completed
In Sumy, emergency rescue erations have been completed at the site of a Russian Shahed drone's strike on an apartment building. Nine pele were killed and 13 more injured.
Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko announced this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
“The death tl has risen to nine pele. For 19 hours, rescuers have been dismantling the rubble, pulling out bodies from under the ruins. 13 pele were injured, including an 8-year-d girl,” he said.
Two apartment buildings and more than 20 vehicles were damaged.
The pice received 129 statements from local residents about the consequences of the Russian shelling. The process of documenting Russia's war crime – a direct attack on civilians – is underway.
As Ukrinform reported, a Russian Shahed drone hit a high-rise residential building in Sumy at night. Eight pele were reported dead.
