Enemy shells Nik district with heavy artillery, MLRS overnight
On the night of January 20, Russian tros shelled the Nik district of the Dnipretrovsk region using heavy artillery and Grad multiple launch rocket systems.
Serh Lysak, the head of the Dnipretrovsk regional military administration, posted this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
The Russian invaders hit Nik and the Marhanets and Pokrovsk communities. An industrial enterprise, a gymnasium, four high-rise buildings and a power line were damaged.
Fortunately, there were no civilian casualties.
He also reported that air defense units destroyed one Russian UAV over the region.
“Today is a day of mourning in Kryvyi Rih for the victims of the missile attack on the city that took place on January 17. The enemy attack killed five pele,” Lysak said.
As Ukrinform reported, Russians attacked Kryvyi Rih with ballistic missiles on the afternoon of January 17.
