"In total, 8,200 taxpayer companies were automatically included in the list. The list will be published on December 19," he wrote on Telegram on Monday.
According to the head of the committee, the list includes almost 4,500 legal entities on the general taxation system, almost 2,400 legal entities-payers of a single tax of group III, 1,088 legal entities-payers of a single tax of group IV.
The list also includes 170 residents of the special regime Diia.City and 151 individual entrepreneurs.
"These are representatives of large, medium and small businesses with the best tax discipline indicators," Hetmantsev specified.
According to him, 576 compliance managers have already been involved in the implementation of the project, providing support to companies.
As reported, on June 18, the Verkhovna Rada by 262 votes approved draft law No. 11084 on the creation of a list of criteria, upon compliance with which an enterprise is included in the list of taxpayers with a high level of voluntary compliance with tax legislation, the "White Business Club".
According to the draft law, taxpayers included in the list will receive such benefits as a moratorium on documentary audits (except for some types), a reduction in the terms of office and documentary audits for the purpose of budgetary reimbursement, as well as individual tax consultations within five calendar days.
In addition, the taxpayer will be assigned a compliance manager, with whom it will be possible to interact, in particular, using remote communication tools, including videoconferencing.
A day later, the parliament also approved an amendment on the possibility of economic reservation of 25% of employees of businesses that have entered the club.
