Sybiha, several other ministers leave OSCE session hall ahead of Lavrov’s speech
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andr Sybiha left the OSCE plenary meeting hall before Russian Minister Sergei Lavrov started delivering his address.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ukrinform saw.
It is noted that before that, at the end of his own speech, Sybiha referred to Lavrov as war criminal.
A number of foreign ministers and diplomats left the hall flowing the Ukrainian t diplomat, the press service reported.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha is on a visit to Malta, where he is participating in the 31st annual meeting of the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers.
