DIM, one of the leaders in the creation of modern residential complexes and innovative infrastructure projects, has successfully attracted targeted financing for the development of existing and prospective projects, the company's press service told Interfax-Ukraine.
"We managed to attract partner investments, this will allow us to complete all the projects in the company's portfolio within the planned timeframe. In addition, it is important for us to create high-quality projects, integrate modern technologies into them and exceed the expectations of our residents," founder and managing partner of the DIM group of companies Oleksandr Nasikovsky said.
The press service added that, according to the signed agreement, they cannot yet disclose the names of the investors, but noted that these are "people who are confident in the future of Ukraine and the DIM company."
Attracting targeted financing is especially important in wartime conditions, when developers face numerous challenges, such as economic instability, shortages of construction materials and human resources, logistical difficulties and increased security risks. Thanks to the help of strategic investment partners, the pace of construction at DIM's sites will not depend on sales volumes, and existing and potential investors can be confident in the implementation of DIM projects.
In addition, DIM is expanding the list of terms of cooperation with potential clients, offering flexible payment terms. The buyer can make a down payment of 30% before the completion of construction, and pay the remaining amount within two years after the completion of the facility.
As reported, in 2024, DIM has already commissioned 1,160 apartments in two complexes – Novy Avtograf and Lucky Land, becoming one of the leaders among the capital's development companies.
