Nariman Dzhelial, released from Russian captivity, meets with his family in Kyiv
Mejlis Chairman Refat Chubarov reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
"Nariman Dzhelial's family is together again. Not yet at home, not in Crimea, but in Kyiv – the capital of our country. InshaAllah, we will all be united again in our native Crimea, liberated from Russian barbarians," Chubarov said.
Later, the Crimean Tatar media platform QIRIM.Media posted a video of Dzhelial's meeting with his family on Facebook.

"The first footage of Nariman Dzhelial's meeting with his wife and children. The last time he saw his family was once, when he was in a Russian prison," the video description reads.
As reported, on June 28, ten civilians were returned from Russian captivity, including Nariman Dzhelial, who was captured by Russians in Crimea in 2021.
On July 5, Mejlis Chairman Refat Chubarov said that Dzhelial's family – wife Leviz and four children – were on their way to Ukraine.
