SBU strikes Russian oil pumping station supplying fuel to Moscow airports

The Security Service of Ukraine reported an attack on the Vtorovo linear production and dispatching station in the Vladimir region of Russia.

This is stated on the SBU page in Telegram.

According to the SBU, the operation was carried out by specialists from the Alpha Special Operations Center within the framework of the tasks set by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

The department noted that the station is an important node in the system of main oil product pipelines of the Russian Federation and ensures the pumping of fuel, in particular diesel, to domestic consumers and export ports.

The facility also supplies fuel to large oil depots around Moscow and Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo, and Vnukovo airports.

According to the SBU, as a result of a drone strike, a large-scale fire with an area of about 800 square meters broke out on the territory of the station.

The special service emphasized that Ukraine strikes exclusively at military and strategic facilities that support Russian aggression, unlike the Russian Federation, which attacks civilian infrastructure.

“The SBU is already preparing new special operations. The intensity of Ukraine's strikes on Russian territory will only increase. Our long-range sanctions will continue to operate,” said Yevheniy Khmara, head of the Security Service of Ukraine.
