Realme has introduced the P4 Power, the first mass-market smartphone equipped with a 10,001 mAh silicon-carbon battery. The manufacturer promises that the device, priced at $260, can last for years without significant loss of battery life.
In addition to record endurance, the new product is distinguished by a protected case that can withstand immersion in hot water and operation in extreme cold, GSM Arena reports.

The main advantage of the device is the silicon-carbon battery, designed for 1650 charging cycles . The manufacturer claims that even after 8 years of active use, the battery will retain at least 80% of its original capacity.

According to engineers' calculations, the owner of the P4 Power will perform 392 fewer charging cycles over four years than the user of a regular phone. In tests, a full charge of the smartphone's battery was enough for the following activities:
- 12 hours of continuous gameplay in Battlegrounds Mobile,
- 32 hours of YouTube viewing,
- 21 hours of navigator work.
Even with the last 5% charge, the smartphone allows for voice conversations for almost 4 hours, realme emphasizes.
