“First, the “shaheeds” were flying, shooting, and then there was this explosion, very powerful. We flew out into the street and saw a house on fire, all the cars were burning, it hit a gas pipe. It also caught fire there,” local resident Viktoria told Suspilny.

The head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, confirmed in a comment to Suspilny that a gas pipe caught fire after being hit by debris. As a result, people were trapped in the fire. They were rescued by rescuers from the State Emergency Service.
The fire, which broke out as a result of the Russian shelling, also destroyed a private house. The family of a serviceman who died at the front lived there, Mykola Kalashnyk told Suspilny.
“Now people will be found housing, they will be temporarily housed. Through the “eRecovery” program, an appropriate inspection will be made, and compensation will be paid later… The family of our defender lived there. Unfortunately, he died in the war.”
According to a correspondent for Suspilny, a woman was in the house at the time and suffered facial injuries. She was taken to the hospital, where doctors are preparing the woman for surgery.

Also, according to Mykola Kalashnyk, two dormitories located nearby were damaged. Windows were blown out and the roof was damaged.

In total , five people were injured in the Boryspil district . According to the head of the region, Mykola Kalashnyk, a 27-year-old man and a 56-year-old woman were hospitalized. The man has multiple shrapnel wounds to the abdomen and chest, cuts and lacerations. The woman has shrapnel wounds and a penetrating facial injury.
A three-year-old child and two women, ages 37 and 20, were also injured. All of them were provided with medical assistance on the spot. They do not require hospitalization.
Two more injured in Fastiv district . These are women aged 42 and 32. One of them received multiple slash wounds to both limbs. The other has a state of emotional shock and an acute stress reaction. All necessary medical assistance was provided to them on the spot.
