- The Ukrainian Defense Forces liberated the village of Odradne in the Kharkiv region and surrounding areas.
- The Russian zone of control in the area is shrinking, and Ukrainian troops are advancing towards the Russian border.

The Ukrainian Defense Forces have regained control over the village of Odradne in the Kharkiv region and surrounding areas. This is not the first liberation in the Velyky Burlutsk direction.
Viktor Tregubov, a spokesman for the Joint Forces Group, told Channel 24 that the Russians had made some progress in this direction in 2025. The occupiers managed to create a small zone of control – a strip about four kilometers deep.
“Now this strip is moving in the opposite direction to the Russian border and is actually being eliminated. In the area of two villages, it has already been destroyed. One large village is controlled by the Russians. In other areas, they have already approached their own border. Therefore, it is pleasant that in fact, in one direction, the occupation is gradually becoming less,” he explained.
Pay attention! The commander of the 429th separate brigade of unmanned systems “Achilles”, Hero of Ukraine Yuriy Fedorenko emphasized that Ukraine has new opportunities to strike at the rear of the Russians, where important military facilities of the enemy are located. If earlier Ukraine could strike at a distance of 50 to 200 kilometers mainly using Western weapons, now Ukrainian strike UAVs can operate at these depths.

What is known about the release of Odradny?
The 129th separate heavy mechanized brigade reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have regained control of Odradne in the Kharkiv region and the surrounding area. Ukrainian defenders have knocked out the occupiers from forest belts, fortified positions and strong points. Assault units, drone operators and artillery were involved in the combat mission. Coordinated work allowed them to detect and hit enemy positions and manpower.
According to ISW, in the Kharkiv region, enemy units continued their attempts to advance from the border with the Belgorod region. The enemy's goal was to create a defensive belt and approach Kharkiv within artillery range. However, the invaders failed to achieve success.
