Former Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak, who was remanded in custody with the possibility of bail, is currently in a pre-trial detention center.

According to the defense attorney, he has no information about the suspect's conditions of detention and cannot confirm whether he is in a cell or in another room of the pre-trial detention center.

At the same time, the lawyer said that the collection of funds for bail is ongoing. According to him, people continue to send money, but he has no confirmation of the exact amount that has already been deposited.

“I have information that people are transferring money. But I don't know if it has been received and credited, because our banking system is very difficult to work with today. And, accordingly, I hope that at least 50 percent of this amount is already there. But I don't have copies of payment orders so that I can say this reliably,” he explained.

As of 3:30 p.m. on May 14, bail of 14,500,666 hryvnias was paid for the former head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak.
