How was Zelensky asked to invite Ukrainians back?
Zelensky said that one of the European leaders once told him that Zelensky could invite Ukrainians back to Ukraine, because no one there would hear his appeal, and European society supports people who left from the war. But that leader noted that his country is struggling with so many refugees.
The President noted that people go abroad for various reasons. Some take their families and return or ultimately do not find themselves abroad. At the same time, it would be easier for Ukraine if young people, in particular those of mobilization age, returned to defend their country.
