On May 7, the KPI Center for Culture and Arts hosted a charity contest “Nashebachenya 6” by the comedy group Badstreet Boys. All funds raised will go to the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

Many Ukrainian artists gathered on one stage to help raise money for the Ukrainian army. The competition was also broadcast on the Badstreet Boys YouTube channel.

The hosts of the evening were Uncle Zhora (Vadim Mychkovsky) and Fima Konstantinovsky, and the commentators were Roman Mishcheryakov and Vitaliy Volochay. Blogger Dasha Kubik and comedian Danya Povar worked in the green room.

Before the concert in Kyiv, an air raid alert began, so the audience and participants went down to the shelter, where Volodymyr Dantes performed the hit song of his ex-wife, Nadia Dorofeeva, “I Love You, But Not Quite.”

After the show, the performances began. The Badstreet Boys were the first to take the stage. Volodymyr Dantes, Vasyl Baydak, Anton Tymoshenko, Oleg Svishch, and Slava Kedr covered Justin Bieber's hit Baby.

The special guest of the evening was Tina Karol. Fima Konstanovsky said that the artist stood on the bar for almost 2 hours – 1 hour 54 minutes and set a Ukrainian record. However, later the host handed over the floor to a representative of the Ukrainian Book of Records, who stated:

As an official person – a representative of the Ukrainian Book of Records – I officially declare that this is all s**t.

On the diploma that Karol was awarded, it was written that she “avoided the plank pose for almost 3 hours.”

LAUD, a finalist in the National Selection for Eurovision 2026, surprised with his performance. The singer performed a mix of his competition song Lightkeeper and Ruslana's track “Wild Dances”.

Today a new star was born. A Hutsul star,
– LAUD commented on his speech.

For reference! Ruslana was a member of the jury of this year's National Selection. The Eurovision 2004 winner advised LAUD to abandon the “firm” and add Hutsul motifs to their work.

During the concert, Vasyl Baydak and Anton Tymoshenko held an auction. The funds will be directed to “Rusoris” from the “Serhiy Sternenko Community” charitable foundation.

Yulia Yurina, Myroslav Kuvaldin, Sasha Chemerov, and the band “TIK” also performed on the stage of “Nashogachennya”. Dasha Astafieva presented a Ukrainian-language version of the hit of the band NIKITA “Verevky”. She was joined by members of the band “Kurgan & Agregat” – Ramil and Amil Nasirov, Yevgeny Volodchenko.

The special guest of the evening was Eminem. Vasyl Baydak transformed into the American rapper and performed a mashup of his tracks: The Real Slim Shady, Superman, Without Me, Lose Yourself.

At the end of the concert, Jamala and Oleg Svishch took the stage. They sang We Are the Champions by the legendary rock band Queen.

The winner of “Our Vision 6” was Ukrainian screenwriter and director Pavlo Ostrikov for the film “You are the Cosmos”.

When will Eurovision take place?

  • We would like to remind you that the 70th Eurovision Song Contest, which will be hosted by Vienna, will start very soon. The show will take place at Austria's largest indoor arena, the Wiener Stadthalle.

  • The first semi-final will take place on May 12, the second on May 14, and the grand final on May 16.

  • 35 countries will take part in the contest. Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Slovenia and Iceland announced a boycott after the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) admitted Israel.

  • Ukraine will be represented by LELÉKA with the song Ridnym. She will perform in the second semi-final at number 12. Bookmakers are currently predicting the artist to place 11th.
