The new report of Nova Poshta for the first quarter of 2026 notes that the company's revenue increased by 27%. At the same time, it is known that net profit increased 4 times. In particular, the company plans a large-scale expansion, by the end of 2026, 6,000 new post offices should appear in Ukraine.
How did Nova Poshta's profits grow?
The financial report of Nova Poshta states how much net profit the company earns.
The leading express delivery company in Ukraine increased its annual revenue to UAH 14.98 billion in the first quarter (January-March) of 2026. In percentage terms, compared to the corresponding period in 2025, profits increased by 26.9%.
At the same time, the campaign's net profit for the first quarter of 2026 is 1.28 billion hryvnia. The indicator increased 4.4 times.
If we talk about gross profit, the figure increased by 20.7%, which totals 2.71 billion hryvnias. However, operating profit decreased to 0.79 billion hryvnias (-10.3%).
It is known in particular that the company's equity increased by 1.7 billion hryvnias in one year (from 11.7 billion in 2025 to 13.4 billion in 2026). As for the first quarter of this year, Nova Poshta began expanding its network and opened:
- 2,600 ATMs;
- 36 branches;
- 329 parcel pickup and delivery points.
Note! By the end of 2026, Nova Poshta plans to scale its network and add another 6,000 new post offices and 300 mini-branches across Ukraine.
According to the company, net cash flows from investing activities increased significantly in January-March 2026. At the same time in 2025, the company had losses of 0.48 billion hryvnias. Currently, this profit figure is 1.68 billion hryvnias.
Another aspect to consider is the sale of a subsidiary. In February 2026, Nova Poshta raised UAH 1.46 billion for Novobox LLC.
Please note! The new owner of the subsidiary is the Cypriot NP Holdings Limited. However, Volodymyr Popereshnyuk and Vyacheslav Klymov remain the beneficiaries. It is also known that after the sale the company was renamed “Nova Box”.
In total, during 2025, the company earned 54.2 billion hryvnias (+21.6% of revenue). Net profit was 2.6 billion (+4.4%). The number of deliveries increased to 522 million or by 7.4%. The number of international shipments also increased to 29 million (+52.6%).
Interestingly, in 2016, the estimated net profit was a little over 200 million hryvnias. So, in fact, over 10 years, Nova Poshta's net profit has grown 10 times. After all, the latest annual figure is 2.6 billion hryvnias.

According to the Opendatabot rating, which analyzes companies' financial reports, the delivery service is among the 10 largest employers in Ukraine. Nova Poshta took 6th place with a staff of 27,572 thousand employees. One place higher is Ukrposhta with 31,739 employees.

In particular, it is known that since 2021, the staff of “Novi Poshta” has decreased by 7% or 2,218 employees. The company itself comments on this as a consequence of the war, employee migration, and changes in the operational process. The key for the post office remains the improvement and development of the existing reserve and the retention of key workers.

It recently became known that due to constant shelling, the company decided to close its branch in the village of Komyshuvakha, Zaporizhia region. The decision is related to security issues for the team and customers. It is known that this branch was an important logistical point, so the partners who were responsible for it are preparing to open a new point in one of the neighboring villages.
In particular, from April 13, 2026, Nova Poshta revised its tariffs. This is due to the fact that the service must adapt to the relevant economic conditions in the country and cover the increase in costs. Despite the fact that the cost of basic tariffs will increase, packaging of small parcels, shaped envelopes, and forwarding in transit remain free of charge.
