Zelenskyy in Cyprus agreed on new contributions to the PURL program
Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga stated that President Volodymyr Zelensky agreed at the EU summit in Cyprus on new contributions to the PURL program and additional assistance packages for Ukraine.
He noted that the informal summit of EU leaders in Cyprus was a “turning point.”
