Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky stated that the Defense Forces' attacks on key facilities of the military-industrial complex and infrastructure caused Russia losses of about 25.5 billion US dollars.
Oleksandr Syrskyi announced this during a meeting with the heads of the military committees of NATO and the European Union – Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone and General Sean Clancy.
Syrsky informed NATO and EU representatives that despite significant losses in personnel and equipment, Russian troops are not stopping offensive operations. Ukrainian defense forces are using high-quality approaches to combat, forcing the enemy to operate in unfavorable conditions and postpone task completion deadlines.
“For four months in a row, our unmanned systems alone have been striking more enemy manpower than it is capable of mobilizing,” the commander-in-chief said.
Oleksandr Syrsky also outlined the critical needs of the Ukrainian military and emphasized that air defense remains a priority due to constant enemy attacks.
On the night of April 20, the Ukrainian Defense Forces attacked an oil refinery and seaport in Tuapse, Russia. As of April 23, the fire had not yet been extinguished.
