Cattle from Ukraine will go to Algeria
The Veterinary Service of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria has agreed on the forms of veterinary documents required for the export of cattle from Ukraine. This was reported by the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
This concerns the approval of three documents: a veterinary health certificate for the export of beef cattle, a sanitary and veterinary certificate for the export of breeding cattle, and a veterinary health certificate for the export of animals intended for fattening.
The State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection notes that the opening of new export directions is the result of systematic work to expand access of Ukrainian products to foreign markets. Since the beginning of the year, Ukraine has already gained access to five new markets for products of animal origin.
Please note! The approved forms of veterinary certificates are published on the official web portal of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection in the section “International Cooperation” – “Veterinary and Safety” – “Certificates for Export from Ukraine”.
