Torture of civilians in Dymer during the occupation: FSB officer suspected

An employee of the Russian FSB was reported suspected of torturing civilians during the occupation of Dymer in the Kyiv region.

This was reported by the Prosecutor General's Office.

According to the investigation, this is a senior military counterintelligence officer who, together with Russian paratroopers of the 83rd ODShBr, was in the village of Dymer in the Vyshhorod region.

There, on the territory of the Alfa-Land enterprise, the Russian military set up their base, and in one of the workshops, an improvised torture chamber for civilians.

As law enforcement officials have established, people were held there for several days and interrogated on suspicion of collaborating with the Ukrainian military. During these “interrogations,” they were beaten with fists, kicks, and gun butts, forced to kneel, and intimidated with gunshots from nearby.

The investigation believes that the suspect personally participated in these actions, knowing that he was dealing with civilians protected by international humanitarian law. He is charged with violating the laws and customs of war.
