The Vyshhorod District Prosecutor's Office of the Kyiv Region has reported suspicions to the former director of a kindergarten. She is accused of embezzlement of budget funds and official forgery.

This is a kindergarten in the village of Ivankiv, Vyshhorod district.
“The head organized a scheme with so-called “dead positions”. She hired at least two acquaintances as assistant teachers. In fact, these people did not go to work, but for more than two years they regularly received salaries, bonuses, and allowances,” the report says.
According to the case materials, the director entered false data into timesheets and accounting documents. In addition, at her direction, salaries were calculated and paid to herself and three other employees while they were abroad.
The prosecutor's office informed that as a result, the state suffered losses of over 539 thousand hryvnias. The woman was informed of suspicion under Part 4 of Art. 191, Part 1 of Art. 366 Misappropriation of budget funds and official forgery of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Currently, law enforcement officers are identifying other citizens involved and checking the possibility of compensation for the damages caused.
