Mobilization in Ukraine / ArmyInform, illustrative

Inaccurate or outdated data in the records can be corrected by contacting the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCK and SP) or using the Reserve+ application.

This information was reported by lawyer Maryna Bekalo in a comment to TSN.ua.

What to do in this case?

Marina Bekalo explained that if we talk about cases of technical errors or incorrect information displayed in Reserve+, they can be corrected in two ways – through the CCC and SP or the application itself.

If in fact the conscript received a different military registration specialty, underwent military training, education, training, etc., then this information must be changed (as well as any registration information that does not correspond to reality) by contacting the CCC and SP or through Reserve+,
– she said.

How to change data?

Please note that to correct data by contacting the CCC and SP, you must submit a written application with a request to make changes and submit documents confirming the correct information. This can also be done through the ASC or by sending documents by registered mail.

To clarify data through Reserve+, you need to log in to the application via BankID. If the data is incorrect, find the item in the menu to submit an appeal, if available, or try “Correct data online.”

After that, you need to attach scanned copies of documents confirming the correct information. If the problem is related to the application or the data is not displayed, please contact support.

How to apply for a deferment: what is known?

  • The process of applying for a deferment through Reserve+ is simple and involves automatic extension in the application. It can be obtained by people with certain circumstances, including people with disabilities and others.

  • By the way, retired military personnel are transferred to the reserve and become subject to military service, on a par with civilian men aged 25 to 60. If there are appropriate grounds, they can also apply for deferments.

  • By the way, recently a flag appeared in the Reserve+ application for some military conscripts, which makes it impossible to make a reservation because they are in the operational reserve. However, this feature is not new.
