Masha Efrosinina was born and raised in Crimea, graduated from school with a gold medal. After that, she went to Kyiv to get higher education. This is where her career began, reports 24 Channel .

The program “Happy Call” was the first project in Masha Efrosinina's career. It existed for about 9 months. Later, Masha Efrosinina and Yuri Gorbunov received an invitation from the New Channel to the morning show “Rise”. In it, Maria spoke in Russian, and Yura spoke in Ukrainian.

Thanks to this unusual duo, the program gained immense popularity, and the hosts gained recognition and fame. Gorbunov and Efrosinina hosted morning live broadcasts for about 5 years, of which 3 years were almost daily.

Talking about that period, Masha Efrosinina often mentions her weight. As the presenter said, moving to Kyiv was a real challenge for her.
My only friend was food. All I knew was fried potatoes. And my mother would give me walnuts. Food was my only pleasure. In six months I gained 8-10 kilograms. It wasn't my weight, it was hormonal, stressful,

The presenter tried all possible diets and ways to lose weight – she even wanted to “code” herself from excess weight. But the result was unexpectedly brought by pregnancy.
Pregnancy made me healthier. I lost 17 kilograms, all my excess weight went away, my hormonal background adjusted like clockwork,

In 2004, Efrosinina became a mother – her daughter Nana was born.

After “The Rise”, Masha became the host of Eurovision-2005 (which took place in Kyiv), in 2006 she graced the cover of Elle magazine, and in 2008 she took part in the project “Fashion Verdict”.
