Stefanchuk discusses energy security, inter-parliamentary relations with Ambassador of Japan

"Today, during a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Ukraine Matsuda Kuninori, we discussed the issue of considating the efforts of the G7 parliaments, as Japan hds its presidency, to counter the aggression of the Russian Federation. We analyzed the current state of inter-parliamentary coeration, as well as the issue of Ukraine's energy security ahead of the new heating season," Stefanchuk posted on Facebook.

He also expressed gratitude for Japan's consistent support for Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity.

In turn, the Embassy of Japan reported that at the meeting "both sides confirmed their readiness to further strengthen friendship and coeration."
