All servicemen of the Buchanan Territorial Recruiting Center, along with their leaders, were sent to combat units. This happened after a corruption scandal in 2024.
Now the composition of this CCC has been completely renewed. The corresponding statement was made by the deputy head of the Buchanan RTCC, Andriy Yevtushenko.
What is known about the measures taken after the scandal at the Buchanan Radio and Television Center?
Yevtushenko, during a meeting of the temporary investigative commission of the Verkhovna Rada on violations during mobilization and corruption, noted that he learned about the transfer of soldiers from the Buchansky RTCC to the front solely from media reports.
However, he stated that after the corruption was exposed, all the leaders, along with their subordinates, went to fight in combat units.
All one hundred percent of the personnel were relocated,
– he emphasized.
At the same time, at one point, a completely renewed staff entered the CCC immediately after the order of September 2024. So, all 44 people were replaced, with the exception of the security platoon.
Most of them, according to Yevtushenko, are unfit for military service, or have “already been re-conquered.”
It is worth recalling that in 2024, the SBU found evidence of corruption on the part of the head of the Buchansky RTCC and SP, who hid significant amounts of money in specially equipped hiding places in his own house.
By the way, the chief sergeant of the special forces sniper company of the Rubizh brigade, Mykola “Raptor”, noted in the podcast “Woin Voli” for Channel 24 that it will not be possible to hide from the war, and everyone who does not have health problems or reservations will have to fight.
