An educational festival “Bezmezh-fest” was held in Khotov, Kyiv region, where high school students were introduced to over a hundred professions. Master classes and consultations on studying in Ukraine and abroad were also held there.
This was reported by a correspondent of Suspilny, who spoke with the festival participants.
Among those who visited the educational festival was eleventh-grader Andriy. The young man decided to learn about studying at universities.
“I've decided on my major – biology, but I haven't decided yet what I'll work on. It's hard to say. Maybe I'll decide on my future profession here,” said festival visitor Andriy Adamchuk.
This educational festival is for high school students, but there were also locations for children of all ages.
“The goal of the festival is to help a child find themselves in this world. This is a place where children can taste and touch different professions, and at the same time can try themselves in different roles,” said festival organizer Natalia Osherova.
In total, the festival presented over a hundred professions, and children were also taught first aid.

Svitlana is a dentist. She shows children how to put in fillings.
“We came with the goal of making sure children are not afraid of dentists. To popularize the profession of a dentist, because it is very cool. Here you can show creativity, knowledge, intelligence, and everything,” said Svitlana Negoda.
The festival also featured the Suspilny mobile television studio. News anchors Yevheniy Agarkov and Maya Pidgorodetska talked about working in the studio.
“The task was to open up a little behind the scenes of television, to show the viewer what features television has, how a presenter, journalist, and cameraman work,” said Yevhen Agarkov.
“It is also very important for us to pass on our profession, our knowledge to someone,” added Maya Pidhorodetska.
Schoolboy Oleksandr Dotsenko tried himself as a host. He says he was nervous. “This is my first time. It's pretty great to be the host, actually, of Suspilny,” the young man noted.
Representatives of educational institutions from different regions of Ukraine also took part in the festival. The event was organized by a private school.
