The Pechersky District Court of Kyiv has softened the preventive measure for the former head of Ukrenergo NPC Volodymyr Kudrytskyi. The court removed his electronic bracelet, but left other restrictions in place and set the amount of bail.
This is reported by Suspilne.
The preventive measure was extended for another two months with the possibility of posting bail in the amount of 7 million hryvnias. In addition, the court left Kudrytsky with a number of procedural obligations.
In particular, he must surrender his passport, not communicate with witnesses in the case, and appear in court upon each summons.
The court's decision means a relaxation of the conditions of the preventive measure, but Kudrytsky will continue to be subject to procedural restrictions within the framework of the criminal proceedings.

On December 23, the Kyiv Court of Appeal changed the decision and reduced the bail to 7 million hryvnias.
