Is it possible to register in a house without the owner's consent?
The procedure for registering a place of residence allows you to register only in your own home or in a home whose owner has consented to registration, reports “Fakty ICTV”.
The owner of the premises and his co-owners must provide consent to the registration of third parties who do not have ownership rights to this premises. Consent can be provided in person, in notarial form or in electronic form, in accordance with the lease agreement or by the body maintaining the specialized institution.

How to register online and offline?
If you have received consent for registration from the owner, you can register as follows:
- Registration of residence online through the Diya portal . After entering the registration address, the owner will receive an electronic request for consent to the registration of the place of residence of the person creating the corresponding request. After confirmation by the owner, Diya transfers the relevant information to the registration department, which is responsible for registration.
- Registration at the Administrative Services Centers at the place of residence. To do this, you must submit documents in paper form and present the consent of the apartment owner. Such consent can be provided in person or through a notarized power of attorney or application.
