Netflix is raising prices for all subscriptions by $1-$2. The price increase applies to both new and existing subscribers.
How will Netflix prices increase?
Prices will increase starting March 26, as MacRumors reports.
The prices in particular will be as follows:
- subscription with advertising – $8.99 per month (instead of $7.99);
- Standard rate – $19.99 per month (previously $17.99).
At the same time, the most expensive Premium plan now costs $26.99 per month (previously, its price was $24.99).
Please note! The price for adding an additional user also increases by $1.
New users will see the updated prices now, while existing subscribers will see the changes in the coming weeks.

As Morning Brew notes, the price of a standard Netflix subscription without ads has increased from $7.99 in 2011 to $19.99 in 2026. That is, we are talking about a 150% increase in 15 years.
